CAMDEN, Maine — Police reminded motorists this week that vehicles may not be left on any Camden street between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. for more than 30 minutes.
Vehicles in violation are subject to a $30 parking ticket. Vehicles also are subject to being towed if they are interfering with snow removal.
The town has delayed enforcement because of the unseasonably warm weather, but with “winter undoubtedly sure to make an appearance,” it is now necessary to implement enforcement, the Camden Police Department stated in a news release.
The prohibition runs through March 31.
