CASCO, Maine — A man who crashed in Casco, killing a 4-year-old boy, is now charged with manslaughter.
In August, police say 28-year-old Michael Minson passed a car then went off the road and hit a utility pole, splitting the car in two.
His passenger, 27-year-old Crystal Peterson, suffered serious injuries.
Peterson’s 4-year-old son Cameron died.
Minson is also indicted on charges of aggravated assault and operating after revocation.
