ELLSWORTH, Maine — Emera Maine crews are investigating a power outage affecting more than 2,300 people in the Ellsworth area.
The company said in a statement that communities affected include Amherst, Aurora, Clifton, Eastbrook, Ellsworth, Fletchers Landing, Great Pond, Mariaville, Osborn, Otis and Waltham.
Crews will remain at work on the problem until all customers have service restored.
Service was expected to be restored by Tuesday afternoon.
