SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine — A collision between a sedan and a Maine Department of Transportation plow truck backed up traffic on Interstate 295 on Tuesday, according to officials.
MDOT spokesman Ted Talbot said the sedan was parked in the breakdown lane when the plow struck it around 8 a.m.
Neither driver was injured, according to Talbot.
Traffic was backed up throughout the morning commute on the southbound side. The crash occurred about a half-mile from Exit 4.
