A Farmingdale man has been indicted on several charges in connection with an armed home invasion and robbery in January 2015 at a Manchester residence.
Joshua R. Lemar, 33, allegedly broke into a Pond Road home, restrained a man and woman who lived there, and demanded cash and marijuana, according to a news report by centralmaine.com.
The Kennebec County grand jury indicted Lemar on a Class A felony charge of robbery — punishable by up to 30 years in prison — as well as criminal restraint, theft by unauthorized taking and unauthorized use of property, according to documents released Monday by the Kennebec County district attorney’s office.
According the court documents, Lemar took a cellphone worth more than $500 and a vehicle belonging his to victims.
