ROCKLAND, Maine — A woman who was on probation for a previous drug conviction was arrested again on Feb. 20 and accused of selling Suboxone.
Kristina Winchenbach, 37, of Rockland was arrested at her Park Street apartment and charged by Maine Drug Enforcement Agency agents with aggravated trafficking in Suboxone, according to MDEA supervisor James Pease. Rockland police also charged her with violating probation.
Pease said several undercover purchases of the drug were made from the woman. The case is related to another investigation that led to the arrests on Feb. 10 of seven other people for allegedly dealing heroin and crack cocaine in the midcoast area.
Winchenbach pleaded guilty in December in Lincoln County Superior Court in Wiscasset to possession of drugs and was placed on probation for a year.
She has been held without bail on the probation violation since her arrest Saturday on the new drug charge.
