NOTTINGHAM, New Hampshire — A New Hampshire state representative was arrested Tuesday after police said he was soliciting a minor online.
Police say they searched 30-year-old Kyle Tasker’s home on Smoke Street in Nottingham, New Hampshire, following a “lengthy” investigation into his computer use.
Police say he was also investigated for possession of controlled drugs.
Tasker was arrested and charged with the solicitation of a minor and three counts possession of controlled drugs with the intent to distribute.
He is being held on $250,000 bail.
The investigation is ongoing.
