MACHIAS, Maine — A Machias woman was indicted Monday on six charges stemming from two different events.
The Washington County Grand Jury indicted Holly S. Pellon, 49, on charges of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, violation of condition of release and criminal forfeiture in connection with an incident Oct. 1, 2015, in Machias.
She was arrested Oct. 1 in Machias on a charge of possession of Schedule W drugs after police executed a search warrant at an apartment on Water Street.
She also was indicted Monday on two counts of violation of condition of release and one count of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in connection with another incident on Oct. 11 in Machias, where she allegedly was caught using heroin while out on bail. A hearing to revoke bail has been set for March 22.
Pellon also had been indicted in November 2015 on two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and one count of criminal forfeiture in connection with an incident 12 months ago in Columbia Falls.
The grand jury this week also indicted William Allen Popham, 31, of Addison on charges of burglary, criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking and failure to sign a summons. The charges are connected with an incident Sept. 13, 2015, in Jonesboro. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Tony D. Morse, 45, of Machias was indicted on two counts of assault, two counts of assault on an officer and one count of disorderly conduct in connection with an incident Sept. 3 in Machias.
Christopher J Sockbeson, 31, of Pleasant Point was indicted for one count each of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and criminal threatening, and two counts of terrorizing. The charges are related to an incident Dec. 22 in Pleasant Point.
Anthony P.S. Morrison, 19, of East Machias was indicted on charges of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking in connection with an incident Sept. 27 in Cutler.
