ALFRED, Maine — A Windham man has been indicted on a manslaughter charge in connection with a May fatal crash in Limington.
Kyle Harmon, 21, was indicted by a York County grand jury this week on a Class A felony charge of manslaughter.
In addition, Harmon was also indicted on charges of OUI causing death, a Class B felony, and two Class C counts of OUI causing serious injury.
Harmon was traveling west on Whaleback Road when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a guardrail and crashed into a culvert. One of the passengers, Brandy Norton, 23, of Limington, was killed, while two others were injured.
Harmon faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted on the manslaughter charge, an additional 10 years on the Class B charge and five years apiece on the Class C counts.
