WESTBROOK, Maine — A fire was reported at 137 Brackett St. in Westbrook at about 1:49 a.m. Saturday. Both adult occupants and the household cat made it out safely, but the house was a total loss. The Westbrook Police Department and the State Fire Marshall’s Office are investigating the fire and have determined that the cause of the fire was arson.
