Elaine Gertrude Roy, 90, of Tomball, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2016. She was born in Old Town, Maine and the family moved to Texas in 1968. Elaine was preceeded in death by her husband Arthur Raymond Garceau and her brothers Clement, Victor and Francis Roy. She is survived by her brother Nelson and sisters Jeanette Potter and Shirley Wood, her daughter Sandra Giddings of Tomball and husband Robert, her son Gary and his wife Debby of Spring, Texas; her son Kevin and his wife Marilyn of Magnolia, Texas and son Brian and his wife Berta of Oceanside, CA. Also survived by 2 grand children and 2 great-grand children and several nieces and nephews.
