BUXTON, Maine — Bonny Eagle Bus 14 slid off the road on Route 22 in Buxton Monday morning.
The MSAD 6 superintendent said no students were injured and made it to school safely.
The superintendent said the driver misjudged a corner and slid off the road.
“This could’ve happened on a sunny day” and parents have no reason to be concerned, the superintendent said.
The superintendent said schools were kept open because the storm wasn’t bad from 4 a.m. through 5:30 a.m.
The bus had to be evacuated due to concerns about carbon monoxide.
