AUGUSTA, Maine — Three people arrested by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency on heroin trafficking charges in January were among those indicted last week by a Kennebec County grand jury.
Kendell Cagle, 27, of Manhattan and Shayna Shaw-Jenney, 25, of Oakland each were charged with six counts of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, namely heroin.

The arrests were the result of an investigation that spanned roughly two months, MDEA Cmdr. Peter Arno said earlier.
