WEST BATH, Maine — A house in West Bath could be yours for a small fee, and some good words.
The owners, Fred and Janet Chapin, are now accepting essays, in exchange for their home.
The large home is set on 4 acres in West Bath.
The owners have moved out of state, and they say they want to find someone to love the home as much as they did.
There is a $140 entry fee.
The essay has to be 300 words or less, and the deadline to enter is June 20.
