BANGOR, Maine — A pair of construction projects will affect city traffic Wednesday, according to a statement from the city.

Curve Street between Harlow Street and the parking area will be shut down while workers replace catch basins in preparation for paving. Detours will be in place in the area.

In addition, Larkin Street will be reduced to one lane near Main Street so crews can install a new sewer manhole.

Delays are expected, so motorists are advised to avoid these areas.
