PORTLAND, Maine — City police are looking to identify two men spotted stealing a bicycle, according to a post on the Portland Police Department’s Facebook page.
A silver LL Bean bicycle was taken, according to the post.
The public is reminded to document serial numbers for bicycles, as dozens of bikes are stolen every year even when chained and locked.
