BANGOR, Maine — A Bangor police officer climbed up the side of building to help a cat named Snacks that was stuck on a ledge.
Bangor Police say Snacks can normally be found in the lobby of the Charles Inn, but on Tuesday, he went on the ledge of the downtown landmark and refused to come inside.
“Crisis negotiators were consulted but made the determination that Snacks had the attitude of a Honey Badger. Let’s just say he did not care,” Bangor Police joked in a Facebook post.
Bangor Police say Officer Shannon Davis is a friend to all creatures so she scampered up a ladder to retrieve the kitty.
