PORTLAND, Maine — Portland detectives are looking to identify this man who stole a bicycle near 939 Congress St. on May 15. The bicycle was a yellow Trek mountain bike. If you have information on this person, call 874-8533 and reference case number 16-3631.
Portland police want to remind bike owners to record the serial number for their bike and document the description of the bike by taking pictures of it.
