BOWDOIN, Maine — Fire crews Monday battled an early morning fire at a mobile home on Bing Moore Road.
The mobile home and a garage were destroyed in the blaze, according to Bowdoin Fire Chief Tom Garrepy. When crews arrived, the mobile home already was engulfed in flames, Garrepy said.
No one was home at the time of the fire, and no one was hurt as crews worked to extinguish the blaze, he said.
Crews still were working to put out hot spots around 5:30 a.m. Monday.
