WILTON, Maine — The shooting death of a New Sharon man in Wilton on Wednesday remains under investigation, state police said Thursday.
Interviews continue to be conducted in connection with the death of Michael Reis, 24, Department of Public Safety spokesman Stephen McCausland said.
McCausland said no additional information was expected to be released Thursday.
The shooting occurred at a mobile home on Weld Road at around 1 Wednesday morning.
Several people were at the mobile home at the time of the incident. The shooter’s name continues to be withheld.
