ARUNDEL, Maine — The York County Sheriff’s Office said the body of a missing Arundel woman has been found.
Deputies said 54-year-old Paula Gagne’s body was found in a small pond late Saturday afternoon.
Gagne was reported missing last week.
Her cellphone was traced to a wooded area, and a game warden dog tracked her to the water’s edge.
She was found in the middle of the pond.
A preliminary cause of death appears to be drowning.
