HERMON, Maine — James Goodman Jr. of Hampden claimed his second straight checkered flag while claiming the Road Runner feature race during Wacky Wednesday auto racing action at Speedway 95.
Goodman had passed Mitchell Hodgins of Brewer halfway through the race. Hodgins took second, while J.R. Ogden of Bucksport and Sam Betts of Bradley taking third and fourth, respectively, pending a review of the score sheets.
The remainder of Speedway 95’s program was postponed by rain, which means the Stars of Tomorrow and Modified Enduro features will be made up on July 13 prior to qualifying for that night’s feature races.
