WESTBROOK, Maine — Westbrook police were at the scene of a crash at the intersection of Warren Avenue and Cumberland Street on Tuesday.
Police said a tractor-trailer took out a utility pole and some power lines.
CMP also was at the scene and was working to restore power and clear the downed pole.
The intersection was expected to be closed until at least 4 p.m.
Police were urging motorists to avoid the area and seek an alternate route.
