GORHAM, Maine — The Gorham Youth Football program got a huge grant Wednesday, plus a special visit from New England Patriots all-pro tight end Rob Gronkowski.

Gronkowski was here along with his older brother Gordie. They were in Gorham on behalf of the Gronk Nation Youth Foundation and sporting line company Riddell.

“It just means a lot to give back to the community, not just in the Boston area, now we wanted to go a littler farther, all of the New England area, so coming up to Maine, being my second time up here, it’s a super cool experience,” Gronkowski said.

Gorham was awarded a huge grant through the foundation. Over 100 youth football players will now be fully outfitted this coming season.
