PORTLAND, Maine — A suspicious package left at Planned Parenthood was not an explosive device, according to a tweet from the Portland Police Department.
According to the Portland Press Herald, the package was a shopping bag containing a box intended for art supplies.
The Police Department also tweeted that Congress Street has been reopened.
