OLD TOWN, Maine — Old Town police arrested a Bangor man and an Eddington woman on heroin trafficking charges Wednesday after receiving a tip that the pair was traveling to Old Town for the purpose of selling heroin.
Charged with unlawful trafficking in heroin were Zachary Mansell, 24, and Abigail Brownell, 19, Old Town police Sgt. Lori Renzullo said Wednesday in a news release.
Old Town police conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle Mansell and Brownell were traveling in in Old Town.
During a search of the vehicle, officers found 94 individual packages of heroin with a street value of $1,800, Renzullo said.
