FORT KENT, Maine — Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a local man who went for a walk Wednesday morning and did not return home.
John Philip Sylvain was wearing bluejeans and a gray T-shirt when he last was seen Wednesday morning after leaving on foot from his residence on South Perley Brook Road, according to a post on the Fort Kent Police Department Facebook page.
The message posted just before 5:30 p.m. Wednesday urges anyone who “has seen or knows the whereabouts of” Sylvain to call the Police Department at 834-5678.
No other details were provided in the post or made available on Wednesday evening.
