STANDISH, Maine — A Buxton man was killed in a crash after his car slammed into a tree in Standish.
Police say 46-year-old Steven Lacourse was behind the wheel of a truck when it veered off the road on Route 25, which was partially closed for hours Monday night.
The road reopened Tuesday morning.
The crash is under investigation. There is no word yet as to what caused it.
