USC LB Masina facing two sexual assault allegations
After USC linebacker Osa Masina was suspended this week amid two separate sexual assault allegations made by the same woman in Utah and California, Trojans linebacker Don Hill was reportedly involved in one of the incidents.
An initial investigation was launched by the Los Angeles Police Department, which issued a search warrant to explore Masina’s phone and obtain a DNA sample from him.
The warrant, obtained by TMZ Sports, indicates Masina is accused of drugging and raping the woman on two separate occasions in July.
Another search warrant obtained by TMZ Sports indicates Hill was allegedly involved in one of the two alleged sexual assault incidents involving Masina. The warrant also reveals that Masina allegedly filmed and photographed the sexual assault on Snapchat.
The search warrant indicates Masina sent the photos and videos to the woman’s ex-boyfriend, a football player at the University of Arizona.
The victim, according to the warrant, claimed Masina gave her Xanax and alcohol at a USC fraternity party on July 14 before taking her to Hill’s apartment, where the two players allegedly raped the woman. Masina allegedly then raped the woman again in Utah on July 26, according to the warrant obtained by TMZ.
Masina, 19, and 20-year-old Hill, both sophomores, have not been arrested or charged with a crime.
