Tucked behind the sewage plant along the oft-neglected entrance to Back Cove in Portland, the legal graffiti wall lies off the beaten path of locals and tourists alike.

Since Friday though, the popular haven for spray paint artists has been getting some extra attention thanks to a controversial mural of Maine Gov. Paul LePage that has been painted along its length.
