North Berwick police found a runaway emu over the Labor Day weekend, and they are looking to reunite the wayward bird with its owner.
The wayward emu was located at Noble High School on Somersworth Road, the North Berwick Police Department wrote in a short Facebook post.
Now North Berwick police are looking for its owner.
Anyone who knows a farm short an emu is asked to contact them to let them know the emu has been found.
