About a week ago, CBS 13 first brought you the story of a Biddeford boy battling brain cancer who was asking for Halloween cards to cheer him up.
Since then, the story’s gone viral and people across the country have been stepping in to help.
On Sunday, motorcyclists from across New England gathered in Biddeford for a special ride for 7-year-old Brock.
Riders didn’t only show up for Brock, they dressed in superhero costumes, showing super strength for a young boy who could use it.
“It’s brought me peace to also know how many people actually want to help and want to see him and root him on it’s just amazing,” Brittney Horton, Brock’s mom, said.
“The super powers came through and he was able to walk down this driveway and greet all these bikers,” ride organizer Stephen Marois said.
The motorcyclists delivered presents to Brock, and he was even named an honorary Biddeford police officer.
If you want to send Brock a gift or card, please mail them to 11 McKenney Drive, Biddeford, ME 04005.
