A Rangeley man with mild dementia was found alive in Massachusetts after being reported as missing last week.

Police in Foxboro found Robert Wetherbee, 75, Wednesday night sleeping in his blue Ford pickup, according to Public Safety spokesman Steve McCausland. He was reportedly intoxicated. Wetherbee’s family reported him missing from his Rangeley home on Nov. 8.

Police called on the public and police throughout New England to help find Wetherbee. Wetherbee is believed to have been on his way to his second home in Connecticut but never made it, McCausland said.
