Mingle Analytics Inc. of South Paris, a consulting and software company that helps medical providers figure out how much Medicare will reimburse them, said Wednesday it has merged with SilverVue Inc. of Sandy, Utah, which makes health care management software.
The two will keep their respective headquarters locations and will form a new company called Mingle Health. The aim, they said in an announcement, is to combine their software and skills to help improve patient outcomes and strengthen health practices.
“Mingle Health will provide turnkey solutions to guide providers through the complex maze of requirements and regulations that one must meet to succeed in the business and practice of medicine,” said Dr. Daniel Mingle, executive chairman of the new company and a former family physician.
Will West, founder and CEO of SilverVue, will be Mingle Health’s CEO.
“Mingle Health is poised for dramatic growth over the next several years as we help providers get off the treadmill of fee-for-service care and transition to value-based care,” West said.
The company will offer customers analytics and reporting services to help them conform to Medicare requirements, cloud-based preventive care and disease management tools, and a tool to manage post-acute care referrals and planning for patients.
Mingle Health said it has employees in 18 states and customers in all states.
