Bucksport Holiday Lights Parade

BUCKSPORT — The 3rd annual Holiday Lights Parade in Downtown Bucksport will be held 5-6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8. The Parade will travel along Main Street and end at the Town Office. Robinson Ballet presents ‘The Nutcracker’

5th Annual Charitable Christmas Celebration with photos with Santa, holiday crafts and raffle

BAR HARBOR — The 5th Annual Charitable Christmas Celebration will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel & Event Center, 119 Eden St. Stop by for kids holiday craft tables, hot chocolate, holiday games and movies, the opportunity to write letters to Santa (and receive a response before Christmas), a photo booth, a raffle, cookie decorating, and a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The event accepts donations of clothing (for any age, especially warm winter gear), and new, unwrapped toys and gifts for local charities. Wreaths will be for sale at the event.
