Chunks of ice flew off a box truck and smashed the windshield of a DOT vehicle in New Hampshire on Thursday, sending the driver to the hospital.
New Hampshire State Police say a box truck driving on Route 101 in Raymond had ice and snow come off the roof.
The ice went through the DOT vehicle’s windshield, cutting the driver’s head.
State Police are still trying to track down the box truck.
They are warning drivers that it is against the law to leave snow and ice on top of your vehicle in New Hampshire.
