A man died Monday after his vehicle rolled over on the Maine Turnpike in Wells.

Con Van Huynh, 46, of Worcester, Massachusetts, was traveling northbound on the Maine Turnpike about 3 p.m. when he lost control of his SVU and struck a guardrail before his vehicle came to rest on its roof, according to Stephen McCausland, spokesman for the Maine Department of Public Safety.

Huynh was not wearing a seatbelt, and he was thrown from the vehicle, McCausland said.

Huynh died Monday night at Maine Medical Center in Portland, McCausland said.

McCausland said Huynh was in the process of relocating to the Biddeford area from Massachusetts.
