Friends and family of a Saco teen are putting out another plea to help find her killer.
Ashley Ouellette was just 15 years old when her body was found on Pine Point Road in Scarborough on Feb. 10, 1999.
Police say she was strangled to death.
In the years since, investigators say they’ve interviewed hundreds of people, searched homes of Ouellette’s acquaintances, but have never made any arrests.
The Maine State Police continue to investigate the case, and say it is “open and active.”
