The Mt. Ararat boys of Topsham defeated Morse High School of Bath 83-43 Tuesday night at home to earn a spot in the Class A South quarterfinals.
Mt. Ararat entered the game with a 9-9 record. Morse entered the game with a 4-14 record. Mt. Ararat will go on to play Greely in the quarterfinals on Friday.
Greely won the Class A boys tournament in 2018, with a narrow 47-46 victory over Hampden Academy.
