The Trump impeachment inquiry continued Wednesday with another marathon of public hearings featuring three witnesses.
Laura Cooper, deputy assistant secretary of defense for Russian, Ukrainian and Eurasian affairs, and David Hale, under secretary of state for political affairs, were scheduled to testify at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, but the morning testimony from the U.S. ambassador to the European Union, Gordon Sondland, ran late.
