A 59-year-old Veazie man died at an industrial site in Kenduskeag on Tuesday, state police said.
The cause of Gary Mullen’s death involved a forklift at a rented building on Ames Road, police said.
The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating, state police said.
