A vehicle collided with a school bus carrying children from Regional School Unit 64 on Friday morning in Kenduskeag.

No children were injured, and another bus brought them to school, RSU 64 Superintendent Rhonda Sperrey said.

The bus was traveling on Route 15 when the other driver came upon a patch of black ice and lost control, ultimately colliding with the bus, Sperrey said.

Emergency responders assessed all of the students at the crash scene before they traveled to school on another bus, the superintendent said. All parents with students involved were notified of the crash.

RSU 64 serves Bradford, Corinth, Hudson, Kenduskeag and Stetson.
