A Somerville man died from his injuries after a motorcycle crash Saturday night.
Michael Hutchins, 47, was riding south on Valley Road in Somerville around 11.27 p.m. when he left the road and crashed into a grove of trees, according to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
He was not wearing a helmet or protective clothing, police said.
Speed and alcohol are being investigated as causes of the crash.
