Voters in Old Orchard Beach will decide on Tuesday if more size restrictions should be placed on recreational marijuana stores.
The referendum would restrict building sizes to less than 1,000 square feet on half an acre of property, according to the Portland Press Herald.
There is debate over whether the referendum would limit competition or restrict so-called megastores.
