Police anticipate delays on Interstate 95 Thursday afternoon after a tractor trailer crash in Waterville.

Maine State Police posted to Facebook that the tractor trailer crashed in the median at mile marker 131 in Waterville, affecting southbound traffic.

The passing lane southbound is shut down. Police anticipate “significant delays” for the next three to four hours while crews remove the vehicle and recommend that drivers use alternative routes.

The driver of the truck was not injured.
