Maine State Police are asking for help in solving a 25-year-old cold case.
On February 10, 1999, a passing motorist saw a body in the middle of Pine Point Road in Scarborough.
The body was of 15-year-old Ashley Ouellette of Saco, who was last seen alive at approximately 2 a.m. at a house in Saco where she was spending the night.
