A man was shot late Wednesday night in Springfield.
Matthew Vandine, 45, of Molunkus allegedly shot the man at a Ghost Road home about 11:35 p.m., according to the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office.
Vandine allegedly fled from the scene in a vehicle with 32-year-old Noel Wilson, the sheriff’s office said Thursday morning.
The vehicle’s make and model are unknown.
Vandine is believed to still be armed. He was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a hooded sweatshirt and a half mask.
