Country artist Kenny Chesney will make an appearance at the Bangor Waterfront for a summer concert in August.

The country singer last performed at the Bangor Waterfront in 2018. This summer, he will appear for the Bangor leg of his “Sun Goes Down 2024 Tour,” with Megan Maroney, according to WABI News.

Chesney’s Aug. 15 concert is one of nine that have been announced for the waterfront’s 2024 season. Whiskey Myers along with Blackberry Smoke and Eddie Flint will perform at the waterfront on Aug. 16.

Also performing at the Bangor waterfront this summer are Parker McCollum; Hootie and the Blowfish with fellow ‘90s artists Collective Soul and Edwin McCain; Niall Horan; Lainey Wilson; Tyler Childers; Jason Mraz; Jordan Davis; and Creed, Three Doors Down and Mastodon.

Tickets for Chesney’s show go on sale on Friday at 10 a.m.
