A scene of a whale rising from the water, landing on a small boat and capsizing it off the coast of New Hampshire was captured on video from a nearby boat.
According to WMUR TV in New Hampshire, the video was captured by two brothers from Maine. The brothers are identified by the station as Colin and Wyatt Yager.
The photographer posted the video of the capsizing to Instagram with the caption “*no injuries.”
Another video, showing the upturned hull of the capsized boat poking out of the water, is captioned “PSA: Don’t get too close to the whales.” A third video shows the photographer’s boat righting the capsized vessel by towing it with ropes.
