The power has been restored in downtown Bangor.
An outage swept through downtown on Wednesday morning, affecting at least 501 customers at its peak, according to Versant Power’s website.
Power was restored to all but about 275 customers by 9 a.m., with outages lingering from Cross Street to Hammond Street to Franklin Street to Central Street.
Power was restored across downtown before 11 a.m.
Information about a cause wasn’t immediately available.
